Once you have decided which CMS Hub tier will fit your business needs, the next thing to consider will be the look and feel of your website and your User Experience (UX) Strategy.

The modern day website visitor can be described as nothing short of sophisticated. They are more tech savvy, have done their research, and are very often not even interested in getting in touch with a human when it comes to doing business. The perfect example here is Netflix, chances are that if you are reading this, you have a Netflix subscription. Now let me ask you, when last have you spoken to anyone from Netflix?
