Challenge

As a forward-thinking company, Winnow recognised the need to upgrade its CRM to support its growing sales team and ambitious goals for leveraging artificial intelligence. Their existing platform, Zendesk Sell, lacked the advanced capabilities they required.

The primary challenge was to migrate their entire sales operation to HubSpot without disrupting their business processes or compromising the integrity of their reporting, which was a critical component of their data-driven sales strategy. Struto developed a comprehensive and phased approach to meet Winnow's objectives. The project was structured around two key pillars: a meticulous data migration from Zendesk Sell to HubSpot and a guided onboarding to HubSpot Sales Professional.

Data Migration:

A carefully managed process that began with data mapping and a sample migration to ensure accuracy, followed by the full migration of contacts, leads, companies, deals, line items, and activities.

CRM Configuration:

Tailoring the HubSpot portal to Winnow’s specific requirements, including the creation of custom forms, email templates, sequences, and the development of advanced dashboards and reports for enhanced visibility.

Sales Professional Onboarding:

A structured programme consisting of intensive, tailored onboarding and training sessions to ensure the Winnow team was fully equipped to leverage the new platform.

 

Hurdles

The project was executed smoothly, with a minor challenge arising during the configuration of the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) reporting. The Struto team worked diligently to resolve this, ensuring that the reporting was accurate and aligned with Winnow's financial metrics.

 

Results

The migration to HubSpot Sales Pro was a resounding success. The project was completed on time and within budget, with all of Winnow’s objectives met. The sales team experienced a seamless transition to the new platform with no disruption to their daily operations or reporting capabilities.
