Overview


We have big plans for creating a significant impact in the HubSpot community and have an immediate need to respond to significant demand for HubSpot strategic consulting. As part of the HubSpot Success team, you'll have an opportunity to help us shape these initiatives and work to enhance all Strategic experiences.

As a senior member of our team, you will be onboarding clients onto the HubSpot Enterprise Suite and working with our long-term clients to create quarterly digital strategies.

 

An ideal Digital Strategy Consultant at Struto:

  • Is experienced with developing business-wide, digital strategies, ideally at Enterprise-level
  • Is deeply familiar with the HubSpot platform and methodologies
  • Has experience with and enjoys customer-facing work and can manage clients effectively
  • Understands the marketing, sales, service and website strategies that HubSpot enables
  • Is technically savvy and comfortable using technology to solve problems
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment that provides autonomy and many opportunities to solve problems and drive measurable results for a variety of clients

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as onboarding lead for full-service Enterprise customers, managing their experience, helping to guide their strategies and enabling them to achieve their desired objectives with HubSpot. This includes extensive consulting, blueprinting of suggested HubSpot configuration, managing our team to implement your strategies and working with the client to manage cutovers of the HubSpot software across multiple teams within businesses.
  • Serve as the strategic lead for our Success service, conducting workshops to evaluate a customer’s business objectives, current tech stack, and sales and marketing goals, in order to define their strategic roadmap. You'll be able to translate the strategy to an implementation plan and work with our team to implement your strategy.
  • Define the future state processes and customer journey(s) that will govern how HubSpot should be implemented for our clients and work with our team to implement your journeys.
  • Contribute to the growth of Struto’s Onboarding Team by improving processes, defining new services, and mentoring team members
  • Consult a wide variety of businesses to creatively solve marketing/sales/service challenges using HubSpot's toolset

 

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience using HubSpot software (or similar) for multiple organisations, including strategic consulting
  • You have experience with helping others solve problems or implement new strategies using HubSpot's capabilities
  • You have proficient knowledge of the business strategies and functions that companies use HubSpot to help them with (ie. inbound marketing)
  • Can manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and ensure a successful and timely completion 
  • Have excellent customer and communication skills 
  • Proven ability to find creative ways to meet advanced customer needs through existing product functionality
