“I love helping businesses: it’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. Tangible improvement is what I want to see. It’s the reason I started Struto in the first place.

Back in 2011, I had clients asking me if I could help their businesses grow as quickly as my last business venture had grown (I was sales and marketing director at IT company, s2s). Still, I had to say, ‘no!’ We’d run some seriously effective SEM and online advertising campaigns, but the financial crisis had changed the whole PPC playing field. Then I found HubSpot, read their inbound marketing philosophy and realised it was what my clients had been waiting for.

Inbound marketing works because it recognises that the way we buy things has changed. Since Struto’s early days, inbound has matured as a concept, and we’ve broadened our services to make the most of modern digital go-to-market and ensure that you have access to the right people skills, strategy and technologies.

HubSpot technology has evolved too because buyer behaviour has moved on again, with businesses running to keep up. HubSpot is a contender to be the platform of choice for more businesses every day. We want you to get the most from that platform. That’s it.”

We are looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for our inbound marketing strategies including overseeing the planning and coordinating the execution of video, long-form written content, pillar pages, blogs, and social media, with the express purpose of building the brand, driving leads, and contributing to our RevOps team targets. Tech Lead

We are looking for an experienced software developer, that is comfortable leading a team of developers in all parts of the development lifecycle. This person should have extensive knowledge and experience across the development stack, and exposure to multiple languages. Exposure to working with complex data, be it integration, migration or simply manipulation is highly beneficial.

Full Stack Developer/Systems Integrator

We are looking for an experienced software developer, that is comfortable working on both systems integration and other backend projects.

We are an Elite HubSpot partner, based in the UK and SA. Our major focus is around the more technical aspects of HubSpot, although we provide an end-to-end service that crosses multiple disciplines.

NodeJS is HubSpot’s weapon of choice for their serverless environment and as such we have adopted it ourselves. That said, the serverless environment is only one component of our dev services and general API development can include any language that is fit for purpose, but we generally use PHP.

Systems integration and complex data migration are two primary use cases tackled by our backend team. If you are experienced in frameworks such as Laravel to build middleware this will be advantageous.

As Web Designer, you will be an instrumental part of conceptualising and delivering iterative customer-centred design projects to clients.

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering and presenting design concepts and solutions that meet the needs of the business and its clients, guiding them through an iterative customer-centred design process.

You will be working closely with your team and all stakeholders, representing Struto’s values, design philosophy and practice, with your team and for your clients. 

You will play some part in the costing and planning of design deliverables, report on the status of such deliverables to the programme management team, and notify them of any risks.
