Step 01 - We’ll build a platform-driven roadmap to success together

We'll work with your RevOps team and your fellow stakeholders to determine your priorities. We'll run your business through our 100-point RevOps Readiness Assessment. This assessment will become a starting benchmark and tracker for our progress as we help you adopt a platform-driven go-to-market, which we outline in our proprietary RevOps Framework. We'll use the assessment to prioritise our high-level objectives based on the current status quo.

Step 02 - Quarterly Stakeholder Workshop

Our strategist will run quarterly planning sessions with all your relevant stakeholders from marketing, sales and service delivery.

The output of these sessions is captured in your backlog, which maps to our proprietary RevOps Framework and is refined to be delivered using the agile Scrum methodology.

Step 03 - Scrum Events

We'll introduce your operational team to the Scrum events that deliver your tactical services.

Your operational team should attend or be represented at these sessions. Please expect to be invited to a sprint planning, a sprint review and a retrospective roughly every 2/4 weeks, depending on how hands-on they like to be.

Step 04 - Two week sprints

We conduct work in two two-week-long sprints each month. For Scrum to work, our customers must understand that work going into a sprint cannot be changed.

You can, however, change your mind and reset priorities about any aspect of your service outside of the live sprint.

Step 05 - Monthly Stakeholder Feedback

Our strategist will report monthly on the progress made over the previous two sprints to your senior stakeholders.

It's a chance for stakeholders to adjust strategic priorities based on the outcomes or bring new items into the backlog that may have surfaced over the previous month and add them to the RevOps Framework.

There are two components to our RevOps-as-a-Service approach. We provide access to a strategist independently of the tactical delivery. This is critical to the service's success because, with strategy, we can help you play to win.

Strategic Guidance

A senior strategist will lead your quarterly all-hands workshops and monthly feedback sessions. They will capture your backlog of work and track your progress against your 100-point assessment scorecard and our RevOps framework.

Tactical Delivery

Tactical delivery is all about execution. Our team gets the things done that have been added to your sprints. We estimate delivery using sprint points. Sprint points cost £150/point. Most of our clients buy 50 or more points per month.
