- You can re‑order upcoming work between sprints; we protect non‑negotiables (quality, security, data integrity, cutover safeguards).
Launch & Learn
- We launch the slice to production, stabilise, and measure impact against OKRs.
- uniVERSAL Support can cover hypercare for incidents and questions.
Re‑prioritise & Continue
- We review results, re‑prioritise the roadmap, and either deliver the next slice in Deployment or transition to Guided Success for an ongoing cadence.
