Can we roll points over?
We aim to deliver to plan every month. If a change forces a replan, we’ll carry the approved changes into the next sprint by agreement.
What’s a typical cadence?
Most clients run monthly sprints with a mid‑sprint checkpoint, a monthly review and a quarterly roadmap reset.
Who will we work with?
A named lead and a cross‑functional team sized to your plan. Access to strategic, advisory and execution specialists as needed.
Can we add urgent work?
Yes—via a change control or by flexing capacity if available. We’ll always protect agreed outcomes first.
Do you support training?
